Baiyu Tools is proud to launch its latest heavy-duty service aid: the Main Shaft Support Block, purpose-built for the ZF 12S truck transmission. Designed in response to technician feedback, this precision fixture dramatically simplifies gearbox disassembly, inspection, and reassembly-boosting shop safety and productivity.
Precision-Machined Aluminum Body
Crafted from high-grade aluminum alloy, the support block offers an optimal balance of strength and weight. Its corrosion-resistant finish endures harsh workshop environments, while the lightweight design ensures easy handling on the shop floor.
Perfect Fit for ZF 12S Main Shaft
Engineered to the exact dimensions of the ZF 12S input shaft, this support block cradles the shaft securely during service. By eliminating unwanted movement, it helps prevent gear-train misalignment and reduces wear on delicate components.
Hands-Free Stability
With a firm, non-slip base and integrated alignment guides, technicians can position the main shaft quickly and lock it into place-freeing both hands for precision work. This stability minimizes the risk of accidental drops or shifts when separating or installing internal gearbox parts.
Quick-setup alignment pads and easy-clean surfaces speed up routine maintenance tasks. By reducing time spent manually supporting heavy shafts, the support block allows experienced mechanics-and new hires alike-to work safer and faster.
